Please read below to find out what measures we are taking to keep you and our team safe and a few reminders of what to do prior to and the day of your appointment.

Safety Measures

  • COVID-19 screening 24 hours before and on the day of the appointment.

  • The front desk is now equipped with a sneeze guard.

  • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the clinic.

  • Universal masking is implemented for your safety and ours, as per our College's recommendations.

  • Chairs in the waiting area have been positioned to respect social distancing with added separate waiting areas for each clinic.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting guidelines will be followed by cleaning high traffic areas 2x per day and treatment rooms after each patient interaction using Health Canada approved products.

  • There will be scheduled time between each patient's appointment for cleaning and disinfecting.

  • All of our staff is to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (ex: mask, gloves, shield, gown) when required and use proper respiratory & hand hygiene.

At your Appointment

  • Wear a mask!

  • Come into the clinic no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

  • In the event that the reception staff are not in that day (ex. sick), the clinic door will be locked. Please wait. Your therapist will let you in at the time of your appointment.

  • Come alone if you can. If assistance is needed (ex: parent or guardian, help for mobility, etc.), we ask that you bring only one accompanying person. This person will also need to go through the COVID-19 screening, as well as wear a mask.

  • Use the hand sanitizer on the counter as soon as you walk into the clinic and upon leaving.

  • Respect physical distancing once you are in the clinic.

To help limit the number of people in the clinic, walk-ins are not permitted at this time. Please call us to schedule an appointment if you require our help. Appointments that can be done virtually may continue to be done as such.

Please remember to always wear your mask when coming to the clinic for our safety and yours!

We look forward to welcoming you soon !
